Hi Maria - well the server side does take a little setting up right now, yes you need to install Tomcat and then install the Guacamole application in to Tomcat. And you need to have VNC already there, and be able to configure your firewall to allow external connections to the Tomcat server. I can see two useful paths - one would be to bundle the whole lot up into one nice easy installer, but the other is to have virtual desktops running either on your opensim server or on another server, so that the 3D office effectively has its 'own' desktop.
