Hi - no, the CMS is entirely new, built on the Symfony PHP framework. However, the way that the 3D meeting is decoupled from the CMS means that it would be quite simple to hook it up to other CMS frameworks, such as Drupal. The VoIP is that provided within SecondLife, which is Vivox, or Freeswitch in OpenSim (the later is likely to change though).
